Weekly Training Availability

Looking for a Personal Training session?

O2 Personal Training sessions are scheduled on a three-month, recurring basis. This means that a majority of our schedule is filled with recurring patients that hold their own weekly time-slot. In order to accommodate as many patients as we can, we have listed our weekly openings below. All appointments listed are non-recurring “one-offs” and booked on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Whether you’re brand new to Calisthenics and looking for your first session or a seasoned patient looking to add an extra session—you are in the right place!
