Kay Smith

Kay is a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine with years of experience guiding clients through functional, mobility-focused training programs. Her coaching blends strength training, cardiovascular fitness, and flexibility work with a deep understanding of body mechanics, core stability, and injury prevention.

She has worked with a diverse range of clients—from athletes to women navigating the pre/postnatal phase—and offers specialized knowledge in pelvic floor support, posture correction, and progressive strength development. Kay takes pride in her ability to tailor sessions to the individual, helping each client feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Kay’s approach is rooted in science and delivered with heart. Her goal is to help clients build strong habits, increase energy, and feel their best through every season of life. Currently pursuing certifications in physical therapy and Pilates, she brings a lifelong learner’s mindset to her work.

Outside the gym? You’ll likely find Kay throwing punches—she’s hooked on boxing as her latest challenge and loves the physical and mental edge it gives her.
